Hey, I'm Adrian. SecludedGems is a one-person project.

I'm 29. I spent more years than I'll admit grinding Dota 2 before I retired, which is to say I got old and my reflexes filed for divorce. These days I mostly play single-player games on my Steam Deck, in bed, at a reasonable hour. I know, I know: a man of my skill, retired to solo campaigns. But it is a peaceful life.

I automate things for a living, so building a tool that automates the worst part of gaming (digging through thousands of samey releases to find the one weird gem you'll actually love) felt about right.

I'm married. I'm at the age where I keep seeing colonoscopy threads from my fellow millennials, and I have, unironically, started eating more fiber. Consider this your sign to schedule that colonoscopy too.
